Ramos-Horta, paid his final respects to the Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Culture (MESSK), José Honório da Costa Pereira Jerónimo, who passed away on April 21, 2026. The Minister suffered a heart attack at his workplace and was rushed to the Guido Valadares National Hospital, but unfortunately, his life could not be saved.(23-04-2026)
